Marathon Training Plan 3 Days. I’m in gravesend to run three marathons in three days. Both days my goal was to go run a few miles to deplete my glycogen stores and then complete a workout.

This plan gradually builds your long runs leading up to marathon day and includes two 3 hour long runs.
